Had a few problems with MySQL on my GoDaddy hosting package earlier today, but I have to say great customer support, fast response with good information. Dialled a UK phone number and was re-routed to the US. Went through a few menu-options, waited about five minutes in a queue and had an answer more or less straight away. GoDaddy is great value, easy install and update of apps like Drupal, Joomla, etc. So much better than any of the UK hosting options I looked at, and you couldn't really ask for a more helpful tech support response. (I also think that's the first time anything's gone wrong in about 18 months.)
