Thought it was about time to continue some development with this site. Had wanted a footer that "sticks" to the bottom of the browser window so did a bit of reading on the CSS for that. Not sure this is exactly what I was looking for, but seems to work great across Firefox and IE. I tried a variation that extended the content pane down to 24px from the footer, which I might return to. This current implementation lets the content pane shrink to fit content but this can leave a slightly uncomfortable gap so that the footer sits at the bottom of the overall page.

Next job, do something to make the right menu pane look a bit better!
